I qualified from Glasgow in 1997 and went on to be awarded the MClinDent in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics from the King’s Dental Institute in London followed by the MFDS RCS from Edinburgh. My post-graduate education continues to be extensive in order to remain at the cutting edge of Dentistry.

Having a varied career working in General Practice, the Hospital Service and the Managed Dental Service has given me a very broad base of experience.

I have a special interest and experience in the provision of Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics (including Implant Prosthodontics).

Edward began his career in science where he completed a PhD in Physiology before undertaking his BDS to become a dentist. He completed the membership of the joint dental faculties (MJDF) exam and maintains a membership of the college of general dental practice.

Edward has recently successfully completed a postgraduate Diploma in the endodontic treatment of teeth (root fillings) at Chester University.
